How Do I Track My Referrals?
You’ve launched your referral campaign and it is starting to get referrals. Great work!
But how do you identify who the referrer is and track the referrals coming in?
There are a few different ways to do this. Firstly, navigate to your ‘Users’ tab in your account.
Hover your cursor over the word ‘referred’ in the source column. You will be able to see the name and email address of the person who referred that user. For example: We can see below that Alex was referred by Kirsty.
Alternatively, you can click on the number in the ‘Referrals’ column. You will then be able to see a list of the people that user has referred.
Plus, when you export the list of users – it will have a column for “referral email” so you can identify who the person referring is.
If you want to track how many of those referrals has successfully converted then you will need to qualify you referrals. You can read more about qualifying referrals here.
