Now that you have launched your referral campaign, how do you give your customers, affiliates or partners their unique referral link?
Firstly, you need to get your campaign link. This is the link that you will be sharing with people to get them to join your campaign as a referrer.
To get your link, you can either go to your Outputs tab inside your campaign builder.
Or go to your Campaigns tab, click on the ‘Actions’ dropdown menu and select the ‘Ouputs’ tab.
Once you have your campaign link there are two ways you can send referrers their links:
Option 1 - The simplest and most common option is to send an email (using Mailchimp or any other platform ) to your customers telling them about your referral campaign and asking them to click on the link to join the campaign to get their referral link.
Option 2 - This option is more complicated. You can upload a CSV of all of your customers, and e-mail them their link from Referral Factory. While uploading your CSV you'll see these options below - you can preview the email, and then hit save to send it. The email you'll see in the preview is the email you build in your campaign builder - under the notifications tab.
