With customizable permissions and campaign access, you have complete control over your program.
📌 This feature is available on the following Referral Factory plans:
Basic, Pro, Enterprise
→ Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner of your Referral Factory dashboard and select Teammates.
→ Click on Roles.
→ Click on Add Role.
→ Name the role for ease of access.
→ Set the relevant access permissions for the role.
→ Click Create.
💡 Alongside each of the permissions are 2 checkboxes. The checkbox on the left, Own, will give the teammate access only to elements, such as campaigns or rewards, that they create. The checkbox on the right, All, will give the teammate access to all the elements in the account.
→ Once you have successfully created a role, click Teammates.
→ Click Invite Teammates.
→ Enter your teammate's email address, select the role you just created, and click Invite.
→ The details and status of your teammate's invitation will show on the following screen.
→ The teammate you invited will receive an email.
→ Once they have accepted the invitation, they will be able to log into Referral Factory with their own credentials.
