If you'd like to edit or update the details of your business in your Referral Factory account you can do so on your Profile page. This includes - the name of the account, the email address associated with your account as well as your company name, location, and your VAT number.
All you need to do is:
Click on your account name in the top right-hand corner.
Choose the Profile dropdown.
Edit whichever settings you want to.
Click Save Changes.
If you want to change your account email address we have got you covered easily. Please write to the support team on your company letterhead and include the updated email address you would like your account to be registered.
