If you mistakenly qualify a referred user, don't worry! You can unqualify them easily, but be cautious as it may remove the reward for the person who referred them.
→ Navigate to the Users tab and identify the user you would like to unqualify.
→ Click on the blue Actions button.
→ Select Unqualify.
