Step 1: Connect ServiceTitan From The Settings Tab in Referral Factory
→ From the Settings tab in Referral Factory, click Connect under the ServiceTitan logo.
→ Enter your Tenant ID in the pop-up.
❗️ Authorisation can take up to 24 hours. To escalate your application for access, please email [email protected].
→ Once your application has been approved, the button underneath the ServiceTitan logo on the Settings tab will change from Pending to Finalise.
Step 2: Connect The Referral Factory App in ServiceTitan
→ From your ServiceTitan Settings page, navigate to Integrations > API Application Access and click Connect New App.
→ Select the Referral Factory app, review the permissions and select a booking provider tag from the dropdown list in the pop-up. Click Allow Access.
→ Once Referral Factory is connected as your new app in ServiceTitan, you will see the following screen that contains all the necessary data to authorise ServiceTitan inside Referral Factory:
Step 3: Finalise Authorisation in Referral Factory
→ Return to your Referral Factory Settings tab and click Finalise.
→ Insert your ServiceTitan Client ID, Client Secret, and Booking Provider Value, and click Authorise.
