Before you know how many users you can have in your account, let’s first define what a user is. A user is either a person who joins your referral program as a person referring or someone who has been invited by a referrer and joined the program.
Referral Factory has the following users limits
– Starter plan allows up to 500 users.
– Basic plan allows up to 20 000 users
– Pro plan allows up to 40 000 users
– Advanced plan up to 80 000 users
- Enterprise plan up to 180 000 users
Please note that additional users can be purchased from the SETTINGS tab at any time, on any plan.
