If you don't have a high volume of referrals yet, don't have a CRM, or don't want to automate your referral program while you're getting started, there is an easy way to manually qualify your referrals when they convert.
→ Navigate to the Users tab on your Referral Factory dashboard.
→ Identify which referred user you want to qualify.
→ Click the blue Actions button and choose Qualify (if converted).
