How To Add An Outbound Email Address For Your Email Notifications

To send the email notifications from your referral program software from your business and not ours, you can add an outbound email address.

You've built your referral program using our referral program software and now you are ready to launch πŸš€

But, before you do, we recommend adding an outbound email address to your account.

Why?

To ensure that the email notifications your users will receive when they join your referral program will come from your business. This will make it more likely for the users in your campaign to open the email because they recognize that it comes from your business.

Basically, the outbound email address is the email address you want these notifications to come from.

β†’ To add or change this address, navigate to the Settings tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard.

β†’ Enter the email address you want to use.

β†’ Click save.
