Why Does Referral Factory Need API Access to Connect with Salesforce?

When two software platforms need to work together and share information, they often rely on a technology called APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Think of APIs as a way for software programs to talk to each other and exchange data.

Enabling API access in Salesforce means that Referral Factory can connect and communicate with Salesforce using these APIs. It's like giving permission for them to interact and share information seamlessly.
