You’ve launched your referral campaign and it is starting to get referrals. This Great work!

There are a few different ways to track who the person referring is. Firstly, navigate to the ‘Users’ tab in your account.

You will see a column called "Referred By". Here you can see the name of the person who. made the referral. If you hover your cursor over the word name, you will be able to see the email address of the person who referred that user.

For example, we can see below that Kirsty was referred by Jessica.

Alternatively, you can click on the number in the ‘Referrals’ column. You will then be able to see a list of the people the user has referred.

Plus, when you export the list of users and view it in an Excel or Google sheet – it will have a column for “referral email” so you can identify who the person referring is.

If you want to track how many of those referrals have successfully converted then you will need to qualify your referrals. You can read more about qualifying referrals here.
