You’ve launched your referral campaign and it is starting to get referrals. Great work! But how do you see who referred who? There are a few different ways to track who the person referring is. Firstly, navigate to your ‘Users’ tab in your account.
Hover your cursor over the word ‘referred’ in the source column. You will be able to see the name and email address of the person who referred that user. For example, We can see below that Anne was referred by Michel.

Alternatively, you can click on the number in the ‘Referrals’ column. You will then be able to see a list of the people that user has referred.

Plus, when you export the list of users and view it in an Excel or Google sheet – it will have a column for “referral email” so you can identify who the person referring is.
If you want to track how many of those referrals have successfully converted then you will need to qualify your referrals. You can read more about qualifying referrals here.
