How To Add An Outbound Email Address You Want Your Notifications To Come From
Referral Factory enables you to add a 'From Email' address (also referred to as an outbound email address).
Because the email notifications are coming from your own business address, people are more likely to recognize it which increases the open rate of those emails.
When users join your referral campaign they will receive the email notifications that you have activated when setting up your campaign. The outbound email address is the email address you want these notifications to come from.
- To add or change this address, navigate to the Settings tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
- Enter the email address you want to use.
- Click save.
