Connecting HubSpot to Referral Factory allows you to sync your referral program data directly with your HubSpot CRM. Once connected, Referral Factory can enrol your HubSpot contacts as referrers, send their unique referral links back into HubSpot, and qualify contacts as they convert through your referral program.

Before You Begin
You’ll need an active Referral Factory account. If you don’t have one yet, you can sign up at referral-factory.com.
You’ll need admin access to the HubSpot account you want to connect.
Steps To Connect HubSpot
Go to Settings in your Referral Factory account. In the left-hand navigation, click Settings, then select the Integrations And Pixels tab.
Find HubSpot and click Connect. You’ll see a list of integrations. Locate HubSpot and click the Connect button below it.
Sign in to your HubSpot account. You’ll be redirected to a HubSpot authentication screen. Click Sign in to your HubSpot account and enter your HubSpot credentials. If you don’t have a HubSpot account yet, you can create one from this screen.
Review and grant permissions. HubSpot will show you the permissions that Referral Factory is requesting access to:
View and manage your CRM data (contact lists, contacts, companies, deals)
Basic HubSpot account information (primary domain and user emails)
Referral Factory is a HubSpot Certified App, which means these permissions have been reviewed and approved by HubSpot. Check the box to agree to the terms, then click Connect app.
You’re connected. Once the connection is authorised, you’ll be returned to the Integrations page in Referral Factory. The HubSpot button will now show Disconnect, confirming that the integration is active.
What Happens Next
Now that HubSpot is connected, you can configure how your referral data flows into your CRM — for example, enrolling HubSpot contacts as referrers and syncing their referral links, or triggering HubSpot workflows based on referral activity.
