You can connect Referral Factory to HubSpot by installing the app directly from the HubSpot Marketplace. This is a good option if you’re already working inside HubSpot and want to add Referral Factory from there.

Before You Begin
You’ll need a Referral Factory account. If you don’t have one yet, you can sign up at referral-factory.com.
You’ll need admin access to the HubSpot account you want to connect.
Steps To Install Referral Factory
Find Referral Factory in the HubSpot Marketplace. In your HubSpot account, navigate to the App Marketplace (you can search “Referral Factory” in the marketplace search). Open the Referral Factory app listing — you’ll see it’s a HubSpot Certified App with 800+ installs. Click Install.
Sign in to your Referral Factory account. A guided installation wizard will open. In the first step, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your Referral Factory account. Click Sign in and enter your Referral Factory credentials. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one from this screen.
Grant HubSpot permissions. HubSpot will show you the permissions that Referral Factory is requesting:
View and manage your CRM data (contact lists, contacts, companies, deals, and related properties)
Basic HubSpot account information (primary domain and user emails)
Check the box to confirm you agree to the app’s terms and privacy policy, then click Connect app.
Wait for the installation to complete. HubSpot will install the Referral Factory app. This only takes a few seconds. Once done, you’ll see a confirmation screen: Referral Factory installed!
From here you can click Explore app features to start configuring the integration, or Close to return to HubSpot.
What Happens Next
Your Referral Factory account is now connected to HubSpot. You can configure how referral data syncs with your CRM — including enrolling HubSpot contacts as referrers, sending their unique referral links back into HubSpot, and triggering workflows based on referral activity.
