→ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and ensure that ‘Dashboard’ is selected in the dropdown menu.
→ Click the blue icon in the Actions column.
→ Select Deactivate.
❗️ After deactivating a reward, no future qualifying users will receive rewards. Additionally, any rewards that are currently due will be canceled. However, data for rewards that have already been issued will be retained.
❗️You will NOT be able to reactivate the reward in the future.
