How To Issue Rewards

When rewards become due, follow these simple steps to issue them.

πŸ“Œ If you would like to issue rewards automatically instead of having to manually add them to your cart each time, enable auto-issue.

β†’ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and select Due from the dropdown menu.

β†’ Select the relevant tab (Fixed Amount, Commission, Coupons, Custom) to see a list of due rewards.

β†’ Use the checkboxes in the first column to select the reward(s) you want to issue.

β†’ When issuing commission-based rewards, you will be asked to enter the user's total spend to accurately calculate the commission.

β†’ Click the Issue button in the top right-hand corner.

β†’ The cart will show the type of reward, reward name, campaign name, number of rewards due, and the total value of the rewards.

β†’ Click Issue Reward.

❗️When you click "Issue Reward," the rewards will be sent automatically through your chosen issuer. If you have connected Tremendous, Stripe, or Zapier, be aware that this may have financial implications. Please issue rewards with caution.

❗️You cannot add rewards with different issuing methods to the same cart.
