How To Cancel Rewards Due To Individual Users

Want to cancel a reward to a specific user? Follow these simple steps.

📌 Would you prefer to deactivate the entire reward so no future rewards will become due to any users? Read this instead.

→ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and select Due from the dropdown menu.

→ Select the relevant tab (Fixed Amount, Commission, Coupons, Custom).

→ Next to the relevant reward due, click the blue icon in the ‘Actions’ column.

→ Select Cancel.
