→ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and ensure that ‘Dashboard’ is selected in the dropdown menu.
→ Navigate to the relevant tab (Fixed Amount, Commission, Coupon, Custom).
→ Click the blue icon in the Actions column alongside the reward for which you want to enable/disable the email notification.
→ Select Edit Email Notification.
→ Toggle the email notification on or off.
→ Click Save.
