→ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and ensure that ‘Dashboard’ is selected in the dropdown menu.
→ Navigate to the relevant tab (Fixed Amount, Commission, Coupon, Custom).
→ Click the blue icon in the Actions column alongside the reward for which you want to edit the email notification.
→ Select Edit Email Notification.
→ Use the drag and drop builder to edit your email notification
→ Click Save.
❗️ Your reward email notifications will be automatically styled to match your campaign. That means you can only change copy, images, videos and buttons in this builder. To change the font and colors, you will need to edit the global campaign design settings.
