1. Troubleshoot Your Pipedrive Sync 

🤔 Problem

You've successfully connected Pipedrive and have used the "Sync CRM Contacts" function to automatically add users to your referral program and send their unique referral links back into Pipedrive but no users have been added in Referral Factory and/or no referral links have populated into Pipedrive.

✅ Try This

👉  Wait up to 12 hours. Referral Factory is busy syncing thousands of data points at any given time. Your sync is probably in the queue and changes will reflect within 12 hours, depending on the number of contacts you have chosen to sync. If after 12 hours, the problem persists, please contact our support team


🤔 Problem

You've successfully connected the Pipedrive integration but new referred users aren't being sent to Pipedrive as leads.

✅ Try This

👉 Check that all the required fields have been mapped in the integration settings. Pipedrive requires the following fields in order to create a lead or deal: 

→ {First Name}

→ {Email} 

→ {Title} 

→ {Referral Code}

❗️ If these fields are not mapped, the integration will not work ❗️

2. Troubleshoot Your Pipedrive Qualification Trigger

🤔 Problem

You've configured the Pipedrive integration in the campaign builder but new referred users aren't being qualified according to your selected qualification option (A Lead Would Convert Into A DealWhen A Lead Converts Into A Deal and Moves to Any StageA Deal Stage Would Change; A Deal Would Be Marked As Won)

✅ Try This

👉  Check that all the required fields have been mapped in the integration settings. Pipedrive requires the following fields in order to create a lead or deal: 

→ {First Name}

→ {Email} 

→ {Title} 

→ {Referral Code}
