Your Campaign Builder - Pages For Person Referring

In this article, we’re going to show you how to build the landing pages that the person referring will see when they join your referral program and refer their friends.

The first step in your campaign builder is 'pages for person referring - these pages are where the person referring can register to get their referral link. 


It is not required that users register for your campaign to generate their links - this can also be done by uploading your contacts, syncing your CRM contacts, adding users via Zapier, or adding users via our API.

1. What is the first step for person referring

This step is where you will explain to users how the referral program will work, what they can offer their friends as an incentive, and what their reward will be when they make a successful referral.

In the first step, you can build your referral program however you want: Add

  • titles and body text.
  • any elements you want - images, videos, GIFs.

2. What is the second step for person referring 

The second step of the pages for person referring is where you issue the person referring with a unique referral link that they can share with their friends.

In this step, you can 

  • add dynamic variables to your referral campaign to add customization {First Name}, {Referrals}, and {Converted Referrals}.

  • choose which social media channels the person referring can share on. We have the following channels available - Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Messenger, Text Message, Email, Line, WeChat, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
  • include a pre-populated message that goes with the referral link 👏

If you want to edit the Share buttons and customize the share text, then look for the 'Share settings' button on the right-hand side of your campaign builder. 


You can toggle the share buttons you want to show, and write your Message Subject and Message Text.

  • add a leaderboard to your referral campaign which will encourage people to refer more.

3. How to skip the “pages for person referring” - by adding users to your campaign 

If you would like to skip the first step of the pages for person referring so that users don’t have to enter their name and email to generate their links, you can 

  • choose from the options like widget and pop-up for the logged-in environment.
  • sync your CRM contacts or a specific list of contacts which will allow you to add those contacts to your campaign and call their unique referral links back to your CRM 👏 
  • upload a list of users which means you will be able to automatically add users to your campaign and assign each one their own referral link.
