1. What is an Audience in Referral Factory?

In Referral Factory, an audience refers to a segmented group of users in your referral program. With the audience feature, you can create targeted segments based on specific criteria or filters such as the type of user, user behavior, or when they signed up.

Examples of Audiences

To give you an idea of what types of audiences you can create, below are some examples of audiences you can create:

  • Direct or Added users who have not yet shared their referral link.

  • Direct users who have shared their referral link but do not have any referrals.

  • Referred users who have not yet qualified as converted or successful.

  • Users who were referred in a particular date range.

2. How Utilizing Audiences Can Enhance User Engagement

By utilizing audiences in Referral Factory, you can significantly enhance user engagement by sending personalized and relevant messages to different groups of participants. This allows you to effectively nurture and engage participants, maximizing their involvement in the referral program and driving better results.

For instance, you can create an audience consisting of referred users who have not yet qualified as successful or converted. By targeting this specific audience, you can prompt them to take the next step in the referral process, such as making a purchase or signing up for your platform.

Customizing your messages for each audience is crucial in order to effectively engage participants. By tailoring your communication to their specific needs and interests, you can increase their likelihood of actively participating in the referral program. This personalization can include providing incentives, offering relevant information, or highlighting the benefits they can gain from referring others.
