Referral Factory gives you three ways to issue rewards:
1. You can either issue rewards, one by one.
2. You can upload a CSV list of all rewards that have been issued and mark them as issued in bulk
3. You can set your reward to auto-issue and they will automatically be issued from our system.

📌 If you would like to issue rewards automatically instead of having to manually add them to your cart each time, enable auto-issue.
1. Issuing rewards one by one
→ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and select Due from the dropdown menu.
→ Select the relevant tab (Fixed Amount, Commission, Coupons, Custom) to see a list of due rewards.
→ Use the checkboxes in the first column to select the reward(s) you want to issue.
→ If you are issuing a commission-based reward, you will need to enter the user's total spend to accurately calculate the commission.
→ Click the Issue button in the top right-hand corner.
→ The cart will show the type of reward, reward name, campaign name, number of rewards due, and the total value of the rewards.
→ Click Issue Reward.
❗️When you click "Issue Reward," the rewards will be sent automatically through your chosen issuer. If you have connected Tremendous, Stripe, or Zapier, be aware that this may have financial implications. Please issue rewards with caution.
❗️You cannot add rewards with different issuing methods to the same cart.
2. Upload a CSV list to issue rewards
→ In the left-hand navigation bar of your Referral Factory dashboard, click the Rewards tab and select Due from the dropdown menu.
→ Select the relevant tab (Fixed Amount, Commission, Coupons, Custom) to see a list of due rewards.
→ Click on the Issue Via CSV button
→ Select which campaign you want to issue rewards for from the drop-down of existing rewards.
→ Click on the Browse button to upload the CSV file of the users you want to issue the reward for.
→ Once you’ve uploaded your rewards to be issued, click “Issue”.
3. Set your reward to auto-issue
→ You can enable auto-issue on the final step of the rewards builder.
→ Or by toggling auto-issue on from the Rewards Dashboard.
To disable auto-issue, simply click the green toggle under the Auto Issue column in the Rewards Dashboard.
